AT&T Creating Customer Advocacy

AT&T invited 3 fans called “AT&T Wolfpack” to CES to video the events taking place. Christopher Baccus the Executive Director of Digital & Social Media spoke at Freeman Leonard Social Media Breakfast in Dallas about this campaign and creating Customer Advocacy. Chris Yates from Huddle Productions did this video interview with his iPhone.
