What would most companies do if a customer said that? Not respond? Ignore it? Hide?
Not Dell. They Embraced it.
I wish more companies would listen and interact with disgruntled customers like Dell does.
The event was called “DellCAP” (Dell’s “Consumer Advisory Panel) Dell met with customers to engage with Michael Dell to solicit consumer input on remedies to hot button issues.
