Southwest Airlines on Customer Service

Southwest Airlines says they are in the customer service business not the airline business according to Colleen C. Barrett the President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines. Their entire culture focuses on having fun. In her book called “Lead With LUV,” Colleen talks about servant leadership and how that’s the key ingredient to Southwest’s success.

Colleen was the speaker at the DFWAMA Executive Luncheon and did this video interview with Chris Yates.
